Hello,
I would like to ask, what would you think the best hook and accessories for the lifting. Should LTM 11200-9.1 rising to a height of 150 meters. More information in the image.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

30t with a LTM11200 in 150m? Which radius? If i look in the datasheet, you need a bigger crane or two!!! You need aprox. 90m latticejib.

This crane sure can handle with lattice jib. 30 tons isnt so much and 150 m easily can heandle. But what hooks and chains to use? Radius will be around 40 meters. Look on photos :

Maybe you could have a look in the table on page 41 with the picture of page 42 of the downloadable PDF-file from the LTM 11200!
Just for theory, you may find a "hook height" of 150m at 40m outreach may be possible with a Jib length of 90m, so the table gives a capacity of 18t.

But you must also consider all the chain height etc...!!!

If you want to lift the bottom of the box above 150m you may add all the box height, chain-triangle height and some extra over for the hook height, search for a jib length above the real required hook height in the picture, go to the table and you may find the lifting capacity in the table.
You may also have a look in the small print: the capacity does not consider the weight of the hook and the chains, so you must reduce the capacity of the table by the hook and chain weight! The rest is the weight you can lift!

I am not an expert, just looking at the geometry of this picture from an engineers point of view! If you plan this as a real job, you may better ask some crane companies or Liebherr factory, they should know even better, what they can offer.

Oh, you are right, I'm sorry. It's just a theory, then how would you have done? Only with the help of LTM 11200 with lattice jib. Can I lose weight to 15 (in an extreme case of 10) tons of ropes, hooks and other accessories. But I would prefer if it was the 15 tons. But above all I have to find what hook to use. It also which chains, their attachments and so forth.
