here you'll find help and instructions, the easiest way - in my opinion - is www.picr.de:

choose the pic you want to show by clicking the button "Durchsuchen", choose the pic or up to ten pics.
further options are:
Passwort for a later deleting
the size of the pic...

after clicking 3. (you sign, that those pics are yours or that you have the rights to post them) you just have to click "Upload starten" and after some seconds you have the complete ready link to fill them in your message here at hansebubeforum.de
