Eine klene Ergänzung zum die Ergänzung von Birger - leider in English...
I'm an accountant, and therefore I have access to a database covering all businesses in Denmark. I have checked Give Sværgods in the database, and found the following:
Give Sværgods was started as a personally owned company by Finn Hansen on May 1st 1992. In 2005 the company Give Sværgods A/S (A/S = Aktiengesellschaft) was founded, and I expect all activity and trucks will be transferred to the new Give Sværgods A/S. A balance sheet for the new Give Sværgods A/S has not been made public yet, since the balance sheet covers the period to June 30 2006 - but it will be made public within a few month.
I know the information regarding who started the company (Finn Hansen or Svend Åge Hansen) doesn't match what Ulrich has written in an other thread, but according to the database the original company was owned by Finn Hansen. Thereby not said, that Svend Åge Hansen hasn't started a truckingcompany many years ago - I'm sure he has, but then it wasn't named Give Sværgods, but then - does it matter? 
So the correct company name has been - and still is - Give Sværgods, which stands for:
Give = the town where the company is located
Sværgods = heavy goods
And as I additional note here I can also mention, that Brande Maskintransport is the correct name (often wrongfully named only as "Brande") and Dansk Specialtransport is also the correct name (often wrongfully named only as "Dansk").

Das werde ich untersuchen.
EDIT: I'm quite sure, that Give Sværgods has not taken over the entire activities from Skan-Bo, since Skan-Bo are a large truckingcompany acting not only in the heavy haulage segment. If such an aquisition has taken place, I think it only regards the heavy haulage trucks - but I have just written an e-mail to Skan-Bo asking that exact question.
